This looks like an exciting movie.
When 12 to 15 years old I was plagued with Vampire Movies.

In the middle of Kansas in the middle of the 1960s there was not much going on.

If I didn’t have to go to school or go to work I lived being scared out of my wits.

If you think the movies went on overnight, you’d be wrong.

The movies would run until midnight and quit. Now that Im scared out of your wits. I have to go upstairs in an old farmhouse which creaked and literally groaned with every step up the creepy steps.

Then to get into bed listening to the faraway oil wells pumping oil out of the ground.

Whir-thump clump a long silence then; whir-thump clump a long silence. Over then over again.

It was probably still 90 degrees outside and it may have been a degree lower inside.

Ain’t no covers or sheets going to save me from a Vampire bite. It was hot, skin to skin was was going create a sweating and maybe even a rash by morning.

I didn’t have any choice. If I was going to save myself from a Vampire bite and a Vampire’s life.
I had to drape my forearm across my neck as additional insurance I would awaken in the morning still in possession of my soul.

I would awaken while it was still dark with the sweat running off of neck and forearm. At which time I figured I could lay off the extra measures because it was past the bewitching hour.

I can’t believe what phobias I had developed in a loving home. It was all my stuff, because “I was a stranger in a strange land.” By Robert A Heinlein

I didn’t this book until ten years after it was first published, but I identified with the main character
