Video Title:
Triad Bullpup Conversion Installation on AR Lower Receiver with Foxtrot Mike 15 Side Charging Upper

Video Description:
Welcome back to Tactical Weapon Combat Ready! In today’s video, we’re going to install the Triad Bullpup Conversion onto an AR-15 lower receiver and pair it with the Foxtrot Mike 15 Side Charging Upper Receiver. This is an exciting project, and we'll walk you through the entire process from assembly to troubleshooting.

Key Steps Covered in the Video:
Lower Receiver Setup:

We begin by assembling the lower receiver, installing the magazine catch, bolt catch, trigger, and safety selector.
The trigger is a Rave 140, which is included in the kit, and it also comes with extended trigger pins for a more secure fit.
Ensure that the fire and safety selector is installed on the rear if you want to operate it from the rear.
Chassis Assembly:

Remove screws to disassemble the chassis and prepare it for the lower receiver.
We use Loctite for secure screw fittings, ensuring the chassis and trigger assembly are tight.
Trigger Adjustment:

Adjust the trigger screw to ensure proper functioning in safe mode and to prevent any undesired movement.
Check the function of the fire safety selector and trigger after installation.
Mag Release Installation:

Properly align the magazine release pin and avoid overtightening to ensure it doesn't bind, allowing smooth operation.
Butt Plate and Stock Installation:

We install the butt pad with two lengths available for personalization—standard or extended.
Ensure that the buffer plug is correctly installed, which is crucial for the gun's safe function (though I encountered a problem with mine).
Upper Receiver Assembly:

Align the Foxtrot Mike 15 Upper Receiver with the lower receiver and install the take-down lug.
Handle the handguard carefully as it may be a tight fit for some configurations.
Install the trigger adjuster and cheek pad for a complete and functional assembly.
Buffer & Final Troubleshooting:

Realized my Foxtrot Mike 15 Upper did not come with a necessary buffer pad, which is required for proper operation. Be sure to check for this part before attempting to fire.
This was a major setback, and I’ll need to either modify or get the proper buffer pad from Foxtrot Mike before taking it out to the range.
Final Thoughts:
The Triad Bullpup conversion chassis looks amazing and feels compact, possibly the shortest bullpup configuration I've had.
However, the buffer pad issue needs to be resolved before firing, and I’ll update you once I find a solution.
This conversion is a great project, and once completed, it's going to be an incredible setup!
