Hanford Wineries & The Boys Farm Abuse Scandals | The Pettigrew-Tagaris-Silva Link

Tonight I’m going to mostly spend discussing why the wineries near Hanford Nuclear Reservation, PNNL (Battelle-Dept of Energy) are more relevant to the ‘big picture’.

If you look up James Pettigrew & PJ Taggares on Newspapers.com you’ll find the data linking these two men together through the Tri-County Producers, an alfalfa hay cubing organization they formed where they held the President & Vice-President positions…this was my first clue.

James leases a cuber with an option to buy the exact same time as PJ (Peter J) Taggares in the 1969-1970 timeframe. I will get into ‘mirroring’ in the presentation tonight, but to put it best, it seems like PJ Taggares has become some sort of data swap for James Pettigrew. How long this went on for, I’m not really sure. If it’s not the case, there is a very strange ‘parallel’ to their histories.

If you watched yesterday’s stream, I discussed a man named Tom Bailie who was a downwinder. I have a very good memory of the people I went to school with but I have ZERO recollection of any Taggares family members being associated to us…it’s very weird how nearly everything I’d expect to find about James Pettigrew, is attributed to PJ Taggares…why that is…I won’t speculate excessively. I just know for a stretch of time…whatever James Pettigrew does, PJ Taggares does…many ‘data mirrors’ for their finances and business activities.

Did I mention that Taggares backwards is “SERAGGAT”? Or “Surrogate” which would be another way of saying a “mule” or a “stand-in” or a person who James might have used as a ‘surrogate’…it’s possible…now why is it plausible?

Remember James evaded to Mexico in the late 80s due to child sexual abuse accusations against me…something ‘no one’ in my family can deny. Here is my thinking…

Was James connected to much greater wealth with PJ Taggares who owned a huge portion of Eastern Washington (where James was the whole time) and Eastern Oregon (again where James was same time) & all their businesses are ‘enmeshed’…then, around 1985…the ‘unwinding’ begins…James is disappeared to Mexico…PJ Taggares formed a winery named “TAGARIS” (spelling changed)…and there seems to be a weird effort to remove James from a clear close connection to all this…

Now that would be one thing if I simply suspected something…ok…but my brother had ‘TWO’ relatives working at the local Tagaris Taverna…in modern times while pretending to me that he had no clue there was any connection to James Pettigrew & the Taggares (Tagaris) Family?
