Butter Garlic Cheese Bombs 🧀✨
Ingredients :
(For about 12 bombs)
For the bombs:
1 pizza dough (business or homemade)
150 g mozzarella (cut into cubes)
1 tablespoon of flour (to work the dough)
For the garlic butter:
50 g de beurre fondu
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped or pressed)
1 teaspoon of freshly chopped parsley
1 pinch of salt
For the finish:
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (optional)
Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions :
Step 1: Prepare the bombs
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Prepare the dough:
Spread pizza dough on a slightly floured worktop.
Cut it into 12 small squares.
Garnishing the bombs:
Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each square of dough.
Close the edges of each square around the cheese to form a small ball.
Pinch the edges well to prevent the cheese from escaping when cooking.
Step 2: Preparing garlic butter
Mix the butter with garlic:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley and a pinch of salt.
Step 3: Baking and baking
Bombshells:
Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet covered with sulfurized paper.
Lather generously each scoop with garlic butter.
Cooking:
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown.
Step 4: Finish and Service
Coming out of the oven:
Bathe one last time with some garlic butter left.
Sprinkle some grated Parmesan for even more yumminess.
Decorating and enjoying:
Parssemez with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot for a guaranteed melting effect.

Cheese: Change up the pleasures by substituting mozzarella for cheddar, raclette, or blue cheese.
