Cuba hit by another power outage, Havana plunge into darkness

Much of Cuba's capital Havana was in darkness on Saturday as the country went without power for a second day, forcing people to navigate by phone flashlight. The latest blackout began the evening before at a substation near the capital and then spread nationwide, affecting most of the cash-strapped island's 9.7 million people.
