Taking you through my daily guitar practice routine designed to keep my skills sharp and help me improve consistently. This routine is built around five key exercises that target different areas of my guitar playing, making sure that I’m addressing both technical and musical aspects of the instrument every day.

Here’s a breakdown of what we work on:

• Note Names: A gentle and pressure-free exercise to warm up and reintroduce ourselves to the instrument.
• Arpeggios: Playing all 7 arpeggio patterns across the fretboard in our key of the day, exploring different modal positions.
• Blue Notes: Practicing all 5 blue notes across the fretboard in our key of the day, adding a soulful twist to your playing.
• Ear Training: Training your ear to find and identify notes and intervals on the fretboard, improving your musicality.
• Key Cycling: Improvising in every key for 2 minutes, followed by a 15-second rest to reset and dive back in.

This routine isn’t about relying on inspiration or motivation—it’s about building a consistent, disciplined practice that helps you improve over time no matter how much magic you’re channeling. It's all about making the process fun, allowing for mistakes, and committing to personal growth. Join me as we explore these exercises and continue to push ourselves forward on our guitar journey!
