On July 6, 1998, WWF held Raw is War was held from the Bryce Jordan Center in State College, Pennsylvania. It was the Raw that went head-to-head with Goldberg winning the WCW World Title in the Georgia Dome on Nitro. What did the WWE respond with? They brought the return of Mable, Brawl for All, DX putting on blackface to cosplay as the Nation of Domination, and the Undertaker cosplayed as his "baby brother" Kane in the main event.
