The Loyalty of the Brave Dog

In a small village located on the edge of a dense forest, there lived a brave dog named Raad. Raad lived with three siblings: Saleem, Maher, and Noura. They adored him as if he were a member of the family, and he always accompanied them on their trips into the forest to gather fruit and wood.

One day, while the children were playing near the edge of the forest, Raad suddenly disappeared. They searched everywhere for him, calling his name repeatedly, but to no avail. Fear crept into their hearts, but they resolved to search for him at all costs.

As night approached, Saleem carried a small lantern and led his siblings deeper into the forest, where they heard a faint howl. They approached cautiously to find Raad trapped among the trees, surrounded by three fierce wolves, growling as they prepared to pounce on him. Raad appeared to have fought bravely, but he was tired and wounded.

Saleem and Maher didn't hesitate. They picked up large sticks and began waving them and shouting at the top of their lungs, while Nora picked up small stones and threw them at the wolves. Surprised by the children's unexpected courage, the wolves retreated a little, but they didn't flee yet.

Then Nora had a brilliant idea. Saleem lit a small flame with the stick he was holding and waved it in the air. The wolves began to fear the flames and then ran away into the dark trees.

The children rushed to Ra'ad, who looked at them with eyes filled with love and gratitude. Maher gently carried him, and they hurried back to the village. There, their father tended to his wounds, bandaged him, and fed him well until he regained his strength.

The next morning, Ra'ad woke up as energetic as ever, licking the hands of his little friends in gratitude. From that day on, the bond of love between him and the children grew stronger, and he became more devoted to them, never abandoning them, as if he had sworn to protect them as they had protected him.

Thus, Raad remained a symbol of loyalty, and the family lived the most beautiful days with their brave dog, in safety and happiness.
