Tommy gets a call from Kent Paul, who tells him to come to the Malibu Club for important information. When they meet, Paul reveals that Lance Vance tried to take out Ricardo Diaz but failed—now he’s captured and being held at a junkyard in Little Haiti.

Wasting no time, Tommy storms the junkyard, gunning down Diaz’s men before finding a badly beaten Lance tied up in a shed. Furious at Lance’s reckless actions, Tommy reminds him they need to plan carefully if they want to take Diaz down.

As they escape, Diaz’s men pursue them in high-speed Comets, but Tommy evades them and takes Lance to Schuman Health Care Center for treatment. Before leaving, he tells Lance to meet him later at the bridge to Starfish Island—it's time to make their move against Diaz.
