The transcript from Joshua Riibe's police interview has emerged, detailing his final moments with missing spring breaker Sudisha Konanki:

'We were in waist- deep water. We talked and kissed a bit,' Riibe said. 'A big wave came and hit us both and when the water returned, it swept us out to sea. As soon as we were able to surface, we tried to call for help'.

A key witness in the disappearance of Sudiksha Konanki told ivestigators in the Dominican Republic that they drank tequlia shots with friends, waded into the ocean together and were swept out to sea. The 24- year- old- man Joshua Riibe said he was able to rescue Konanki but she disappeared as he vomited up seawater. "The last time I saw her, I asked if she was OK.
