At a public payphone outside Washington Mall, Tommy Vercetti receives a cryptic call from Mr. Black.
A European gang plans to rob a Vice City bank, but Mr. Black’s employers want them eliminated before they can pull it off. Each member is undercover—some working regular jobs, others posing as tourists. Their identities and locations are taped under the phone.
With his targets in sight, Tommy sets out on a citywide assassination spree:
• Mike Griffin – a construction worker on a billboard outside Washington Mall.
• Dick Tanner – a security guard for DBP Security.
• Marcus Hammond & Franco Carter – carpenters stationed in a Bobcat near a jewelry store in Vice Point.
• Nick Kong – a tourist on a Tropic boat, near Avery Carrington’s rival construction site.
• Charlie Dilson – the last of the crew, racing down Ocean Drive on a PCJ-600.
One by one, Tommy eliminates them, ensuring the heist never happens and leaving no trace of the European gang in Vice City.
