The Lack of Evidence Behind Modern Criticism of the Bible

In today’s society, the Bible is often met with skepticism and criticism, particularly from those who argue that it is riddled with inaccuracies and contradictions. A recent comment on my video, "When Did Higher Criticism Begin to Attack the Bible?" stood out to me. The commenter, @flingonber, claimed that defending the Bible’s accuracy is "moot" because, in their view, people who believe in the Bible are “gullible” and “brainwashed.” They also went as far as to say that the Bible is filled with “ridiculously wrong” information, suggesting that no argument could ever convince those who believe in its truth.
This response is not uncommon, but what concerns me most is not the hostility toward the Bible, but the apparent lack of solid evidence supporting such claims. In my response to the commenter, I posed a simple yet critical question: If you truly believe the Bible is filled with “ridiculous” errors, can you provide credible, verifiable evidence for these claims? For too long, modern critics of the Bible have been making sweeping statements about its inaccuracies without offering real proof. On the other hand, we continue to uncover a vast amount of evidence from archaeology, history, and even prophecy that strongly supports the Bible’s accuracy and reliability.
