🏥 Ukrainian Azov Brigade Uses Drone to Deliver Blood to Save Wounded Soldier

🩸 Ukrainian medics from the 12th Special Forces Brigade Azov successfully delivered blood supplies via drone to save a critically wounded soldier on the frontline, Azov Brigade reports. The soldier suffered severe shrapnel wounds to the neck, losing a critical amount of blood.

⚡ With evacuation routes blocked by Russian artillery, Azov medics deployed an emergency drone mission, dropping two units of erythrocyte mass and preheated dry plasma directly to battlefield medics. The transfusion was performed in a trench under active fire, stabilizing the soldier enough for extraction.

📌 The evacuation remained dangerous, as Russian FPV drones, air-dropped munitions, and artillery fire targeted the rescue team. Despite these challenges, the soldier was successfully transported to a medical facility, where he is now undergoing treatment and expected to recover.
