After ordering a coffee at Café Robina, Tommy Vercetti is approached by a distressed Umberto Robina, who is furious about the Haitians attacking his gang. Determined to strike back, Umberto enlists Tommy to lead a counterattack.

Tommy picks up three Cubans and drives them to the Haitian Drug Factory, where they meet Rico and his crew, already engaged in battle. As the firefight intensifies, a sniper on the rooftop takes down several Cubans. Rico calls for reinforcements from the café, and soon, more Cubans arrive to join the fight.

Tommy eliminates the sniper and clears out the remaining Haitians before reaching the compound. There, Rico spots a van full of drugs, and the two steal it, escaping under heavy fire from both the Haitians and the police. Despite the chaos, they successfully return to Café Robina, striking a blow against their rivals.
