Week 7 Readings of our 2025 Chronological Bible-in-a-Year Reading Challenge have us finishing up Leviticus and heading into the Book of Numbers.

Chad begins this tutorial by encouraging us to take a step back and remind ourselves of 'the Bible-Story thus far' as narrated in the first 3 Books of our Bible—Genesis, Exodus and Leviticus. He then encourages us to pay attention to the following in this week's readings:
- a Calendar for Public Worship: noting the 7 Annual Festivals of Israel as laid out in Leviticus 23.
- the Consequences of Covenant Disloyalty: noting the blessings and curses outlined in Leviticus 26 and manifested in Numbers 10–14.
- a Counting for Conscription, Camping and Care of the Tabernacle: as witnessed in the opening chapters of Numbers where we see the Family of Levi, very clearly, distinguished from the other 12 Tribes of Israel.

We complete this week's readings with Psalm 90, which, so it is said, was authored by Moses sometime during the wilderness wanderings as he reflected on the consequences of the people's actions in Numbers 12–14.

Chad's suggested approach to this week's readings includes the following four sittings:
1. Leviticus 23–27: finishes up the Laws of Leviticus
2. Numbers 1–4: how to March, Camp, and Care for the Tabernacle
3. Numbers 5–9: various Instructions and Anointing of the Levites
4. Numbers 10–14; Psalm 90: the Journey towards Canaan begins! Then, stops.
