Use these Medicine Ball Exercises to Increase Throwing Power. Out of necessity and training Water Polo players I had to come up with a way to increase their throwing power without using their legs so we do a lot of exercises in the kneeing position. Check out how to do these medicine ball exercises from a kneeling position.
