Materials Needed:

Plastic bottle (1 or 2-liter soda bottle works best)
Water (For propulsion)
Air pump (Preferably one with a needle adapter like for inflating balls)
Cork or rubber stopper (Should fit snugly into the bottle’s mouth)
Tape and scissors
Cardboard or plastic sheet (For making fins)
Paper or lightweight plastic (For making a cone-shaped nose)
Glue or tape (For attaching fins and nose cone)
Launcher (Optional but recommended for safety and better launching)
