1 lb ground beef
½ cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green pepper
¼ lb Velveeta, cubed
6 hamburger buns
Brown meat; drain. Add barbecue sauce, onions and green peppers. Cover; simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in Velveeta. Fill buns with meat mixture; wrap in foil. Bake at 300 degrees, 10 minutes.
