Is K2-18B the biggest potential for extraterrestrial life?

K2-18b is an exoplanet 120 light years form earth, since being located by the James web telescope it has been shown to give of DMS gasses within its atmosphere, a gas only marine life can produce. so the question is are their intelligent life forms on this planet
