Ffion picks up the case of an estate agent who has died in an accident in a kayak - soon discovered to be a murder.
Her partner DS Leo Brady who lives over the border in Cheshire has another case - the mystery of why a high end part of rural Cheshire called The Hill is being subjected to burglaries where nothing of any great value is being stolen.Added to the mix is a cold case , now re-opened which involved a double murder on The Hill.
Are these cases connected ? Can Ffion and Leo solve the mystery ?
A great twisty tale where most of the people on The Hill have secrets and are not who they seem to be. Full of humour , this is another great adventure for DC Ffion Morgan !!
