Putin Orders Russian Troops To 'Liberate Kursk ASAP' As U.S. Team Heads To Moscow For Peace Talks

Russian President Vladimir Putin made a dramatic visit to Kursk, dressed in military fatigues, after ordering troops to swiftly retake the region from Ukrainian forces. Russia’s Chief of General Staff, Valery Gerasimov, reported that 86% of Kursk has been “liberated” and Ukrainian troops are now encircled.
