To participate, players need to reach Union Level 14 and complete the main quest "Through the Sea Thou Break." Fishing Requests: Priority (500 Fame), Premium (400 Fame, one daily), and Common (200 Fame) requests provide Fame and Fishery Coins. Priority requests are limited to 17 and quest-locked, so focus on event quests to unlock them.
