EU needs unified defense procurement: Germany's Pistorius

Europe needs a much more unified approach regarding the procurement of military equipment, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said on Wednesday (March 12), adding that the continent could not afford to waste time on unnecessary bureaucracy.
