Greek Beef Bowls has seasoned the ground beef and fresh tomatoes over basmati rice, and drizzled with a refreshing yogurt sauce. This is a quick and easy healthy meal that’s packed with fresh flavors!

Greek Ground Beef Bowls

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small red onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

For the yogurt sauce
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, finely minced

To serve with
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
Basmati rice

Directions
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and add ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned and cooked through.
Stir in onions and garlic, and cook for 3 minutes. If it’s gets too dry, add a little bit of water.
When it’s through cooking, drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the meat mixture.
To serve - scoop basmati rice into a bowl and top with meat mixture and tomatoes, and drizzle over yogurt sauce.
