And old supply the people the narcissist can manipulate. The people the narcissist goes back to after the new supply dumps them, and while they find other new supply. They go back to the old supply because they know the old supply will allow the disrespect. But eventually the old supply wakes up and puts a permanent end to the game. So the narcissist replaces that old supply with someone who will allow the constant disrespect. It is a vicious cycle. But the narcissist will never change because they know someone will always accept it.
