The Captain's View. Santa Monica State Beach, Santa Monica, California.

This is what I was looking at (The Captain's View) during the time I shot episode #179 (1:30 p.m.). I had a second camera recording at the same time in the direction I was looking. I was a couple of blocks south of the Santa Monica Pier. The direction is South.

It was a sunny, mild and breezy afternoon.
