Jake had always been fascinated by storms. Ever since he was a kid, he would watch thunder storms roll in, feeling the electricity in the air. But he never thought he'd end up inside one. The tornado came fast—faster than any warning could predict. One minute, Jake was sprinting for shelter; the next, he felt an impossible force lift him off the ground. The world spun, he tumbled end over end, the landscape below a blur. A deafening roar filling his ears as he was sucked into the sky. There was nothing but wind, weightlessness, and sheer terror.
