Firebombing Tesla ‘Activist’ Charged—Fox News Still Calls Him a ‘Trans Woman’

D.C. (Dist. of Criminals), March 12, 2025 — Despite widespread ridicule online, Fox News has once again referred to a male suspect in the Tesla firebomb attacks as a 'trans woman,' even after social media blasted them for doing so the first time.

The suspect, Lucy Grace Nelson, a biological male, is facing federal and state charges after a series of firebombings and vandalism targeting Tesla dealerships and charging stations in Colorado. Nelson is accused of multiple attacks, part of a growing wave of anti-Tesla violence following Elon Musk’s work exposing federal corruption through the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

President Trump responded to the violence by purchasing a red Tesla Model S in a public show of support for Musk, while condemning the attackers as domestic terrorists.

"Some say they should be labeled domestic terrorists. I will do that. I'll do it. I'm gonna stop them," Trump declared. "If we catch anybody doing it, because they’re harming a great American company, those people are gonna go through a big problem when we catch them."

The attacks on Tesla locations have escalated nationwide since January, with Molotov cocktails and anti-Musk graffiti defacing dealerships in New York, Seattle, and Colorado. Tesla owners have also reported being harassed or having their vehicles vandalized.

During a White House event, Elon Musk thanked Trump for his support, condemning the violence:

"It’s really terrible that so much violence is being created against Tesla owners, stores, and employees. These are innocent people who have done nothing wrong."

Fox News’ continued use of the term 'trans woman' to describe the male suspect has once again sparked backlash, with many questioning why they persist in pushing leftist terminology even when reporting on criminal activity.
