DC Dining: St. Patrick’s Breakfast with JD Vance

On St. Patrick’s Day, Taoiseach Micheal Martin and his wife Mary were warmly welcomed by U.S. Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha at the US Naval Observatory, marking the start of a day-long series of engagements celebrating the U.S.-Ireland friendship.
