Constantine (Keanu Reeves) was born with the ability to see demons and angels wandering around the world, which made him very painful when he was young. He once committed suicide and wanted to end his pain in this way. Later, he learned that there was an agreement between God and Satan that no one could directly interfere in the human world, and they could only indirectly induce people to choose between heaven and hell, and that those who committed suicide would not go to heaven. He began to use his natural superpowers to help eradicate the demons in the world, in order to pray for a ticket to heaven.
