If you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for, how will you find it? Your job impacts your time, income, and daily life—so be intentional! Ask yourself:

✅ What industry & role do I want?
✅ What’s the exact job title?
✅ How much do I want to make?
✅ Where do I want to work?

A clear vision gives you a better chance of landing the right opportunity.

STEP 2: TARGETING
Now that you know what you want, start targeting companies and job openings that align with your goals.

🔹 Google & LinkedIn searches → Find companies that match your criteria
🔹 Make lists → Companies, job openings, hiring managers, and potential teammates
🔹 Think like an investigator → The more focused your search, the better your results

STEP 3: NETWORKING
This is where the magic happens! Start building relationships with people at your target companies:

🔹 Connect with them on LinkedIn
🔹 Engage with their posts to stay on their radar
🔹 Message them, introduce yourself, and try to set up a call
🔹 Attend events & happy hours where they might be—networking is everything!
