Beef patties: Minced steak (leftover steak processed in a food processor), Cooked beef liver, finely chopped, Minced beef, 2eggs, Shredded cheese (your choice of cheese, such as cheddar or mozzarella), Salt and pepper to taste, italian herbs, paprika, Beef tallow, lard, or other animal fat for frying
