Testing of the BTR-82A with Israeli LIBA ceramic protection at the 81st Armored Repair Plant.
This increases the protection to be able to withstand 14.5mm armour-piercing at 0 metres.
It seems that some kind of modification is present in the underbody, creating more mine defence.
