Yes I have talked with BC Housing and The Residential Tenancy Branch and they are both very disturbed by the heartless actions against disabled poor elders by Korecki and Catalyst. The RTB is ready to take my case if there's any continuation of intentional or accidental harassment, threats of harm (eviction), or failure to protect my home in any way occurs. Both have stated that the fact that I, a proven MEDICAL PATIENT with PTSD (in their file system), have been placed on HIGH ALERT by their actions (and lack of care) deeply upsets them and they have taken note of these companies for their own internal files as a result regarding their activities towards the disabled and elderly (RTB Arbitrators internal memos for future reference) - plus both have adapted my internal files and health status as a result and are ready to defend me if anything else should happen to me in the future... as limited as these agencies are. I am always open to a "Pro Bono" lawyer willing to help me defend myself. Comment below if you happen to be one, thanks.

Lie: "Our affordability goal: renters spend a maximum of 30% of total income on rent."

Truth: Disability income is about $1,440 monthly. Rent is $2020 plus utilities monthly. I had to move in with 2 friends just to afford to live in a slum with absentee landlords. 2019.

Truth: Proven attempt to evict disabled poor elders to homelessness. Korecki and Catalyst took over the building and 3-4 months later tried to evict me illegally! 2025.
