God’s word, as spoken through Isaiah and embodied in Jesus, is always fulfilled, even if not as expected. During Lent, let’s reflect on our obedience, examining our daily lives for areas of disobedience and cleansing. By embracing God’s ways and rejecting our preconceptions, we can become true temples of the Lord, filled with his presence and glorifying him.
