Suno - Don't Sing That Song, Paul Anka!

This is one of the earliest AI-generated songs for which I produced a version on both Suno and Udio. The premise for both versions was very simple: if one is paying attention, Paul Anka's song "You're Having My Baby" is actually a horrible song in which the narrator basically preens and pats himself and his wife on the back for deciding not to murder their baby after he knocked her up; never mind that the entire point of our natural sex drive is to make babies! Hearing Paul Anka go on and on about how the wife's carrying the baby shows just how devoted to him she is (which is also pretty egotistical, as feminists like to point out—which makes them actually right about something for once in their lives) had me wanting to yell at him (and his partner in oratory crime Odia Coates) like Chris Rock during his "Bring The Pain" comedy special: "Whatchu want, a cookie!? You're not SUPPOSED to murder your baby, you potentially responsibility-shirking m**********r!"

Lyrics:
[Verse 1]
Oh, your song, Paul Anka, it truly blows;
Makes us want to smash our radios!
So proud you didn't take the life
Of the baby in your wife.

[Chorus]
Don't sing that song! Oh, no, no, no, no, no!
Please, not that song! Like a punch below
The belt when sung; why'd you sing it so?
Not "My Baby" Paul Anka, no!

[Verse 2]
There's nothing obscene about the matter
Of filling her with baby batter,
Or the baby that did result;
After that comes the insult!

[Chorus]
Don't sing that song! Oh, no, no, no, no, no!
Please, not that song! Like a punch below
The belt when sung; why'd you sing it so?
Not "My Baby" Paul Anka, no!

[Verse 3]
Sang she didn't have to keep the baby,
But you went through with the pregnancy.
That's just what you're supposed to do!
Aren't you proud of being you?

[Bridge]
Seeing the baby's gestation through
Is what you're supposed to do!
For having basic decency,
Don't expect any praise from me!

[Instrumental]

[Chorus]
Don't sing that song! Oh, no, no, no, no, no!
Please, not that song! Like a punch below
The belt when sung; why'd you sing it so?
Not "My Baby" Paul Anka, no!
