Mexico is sending the toxic New River waters north to CA. 16-miles of the river is born in Mexico. Toxic chemicals, human waste, uranium, agricultural waste, etc, are dumped into the river there. It even erupts in flames often.

Then it flows 60-miles into California. ALL ALONG the river people are dying of cancer. Sadly, so are the young dogs rescued by Border Patrol and brought to DELTA Rescue. Beautiful Penelope has had multiple cancer surgeries in two-years, but she is happy and feeling great today. Leo is hoping that RFK will work on the New River problem and that President Trump will work on Mexico to clean up the headwaters before it hits the US.
