- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander (chopped)
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour (Maida)

#### **For Coating:**
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 Egg (whisked)
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- Oil for frying

### **Instructions**

#### **Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Mixture**
