Vive la France bureaucracy (gotta be kiddin')

Forced to live in France by a delusional judge who gave the 3 and 8 year old kids to their abusing, narcissistic dad and one weekend per month to the mum who took full time care of them since birth (including breastfeeding the youngest till 2 years old), until she would find a job and house in France, while she didn't speak French, the house market was close to impossible, she had to call the police to get access to her own house (read ’she was on the French street'), with ́all the money and properties on his name and a 10 year housemum gap in her CV, plus incompatible education system compared to Holland, let me happily share one of my encounters with the French system, which nobody understands, including many of the French citizens themselves.
