2 tablespoons olive oil oil
2-14 ounce cans, artichoke hearts, drained
4 cups of vegetable or chicken broth
2 teaspoons thyme
1cup of milk
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Pot for boiling
