Montgomery County Republican Censure Fiasco

This video shows that the March 4th Censure motion against Rep. Metcalf and Rep. Bell failed to pass and did not the meet the test of censurable actions stated in the CEC Bylaws under which it was submitted, nor did the original motion to censure under RPT Rule 44.
