**LAUNCH** Paddock (for the) Podium Video Series!

As we move closer to the 2025 Federal Election being called, we are excited to launch our Paddock Podium Video Series! This is us – keeping it real.
We will endeavour to get a new video to you each weekday, with a theme for each day, right up until Election Day.
Monday – Meaningful Monday’s

On Monday’s we’ll dig into the meaningful topics and look forward to sharing what they mean to us and what we will be working towards. One of the reasons Sal stepped up is to encourage out-of-the-box thinking toward solutions. She believes that many of the challenges we face today are the result of stifled and party-motivated solutions, not community-led, ground-up, out-of-the-box solutions.
Tuesday – Traction Tuesday’s
Sally believes that Rural Australia has been let down by the Major Parties and she describes rural and regional Australia like an over-loaded ute – “our ute to deliver the goods and take us into the future has four flat tyres and a flat battery, and no amount of money to wash and shine, or top up the fuel and oil will help us get back on the road”.
Sally knows that rural Australia needs commitment and leadership that will fix the very problems that hold us back, that will “replace the flat tyres with all-terrains and give us a new battery”, “we need strength and traction”. “Regional Australia and the Parkes electorate have been let-down by Major Party politics – we no longer have any traction. We need governance that will support families and communities, small businesses and industries, and governance that gives us the unrestricted foundation to work towards safety, security and longevity for regional Australia.”
On Tuesday’s we’ll be talking about where Regional Australia needs better traction and how we might do that.
Wednesday – WTF Wednesday’s

Rural Australia is built on hard work, determination, a fair dose of Aussie slang and inevitably the ability to have a good laugh at yourself! WTF Wednesday’s will look at things that just beg belief - from Major Party promises or epic fails, to our own mistakes and slip-ups!
Thursday – Throwback Thursday’s
There are some inspiring leaders that have positively influenced the Australia we know today, past political figure heads that have moved their own Nations forward against the odds and there are just genuinely inspiring normal people who help us remember what we are doing and why. Thursday’s will be the day we share our favourites and why!
Friday – Friday Fun Day!
To finish off each week, we will try and create something a little light-hearted, something to make you smile or laugh or maybe even give you the one-eyebrow raise – now wouldn’t that be fun!
