I swear I swear you guys are like looking over my shoulder here. Positive affirmations is the next point. Reinforce your self worth with daily affirmations. By consistently telling yourself I am capable, you can shift your mindset towards a greater self belief. It's part of the reason I used I am with brothers other than I am being the name of God, I am with brothers God is with you. It's the I the I am statements are some of the most powerful things you can say and this is true in the positive and in the negative. Whatever you say I am enough of your subconscious will hear you and will believe it you can program your subconscious, which will manifest in your life. If you're constantly telling yourself, I am something negative, you will become that something negative. You will take on that trait. You will incocate those actions. You will become that behavior. The power of life and death is in the tongue you are listening to you speak.
