### **📝 Ingredients:**
#### **For Marination:**
- ½ kg Chicken (with bone)
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

#### **For Masala:**
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Medium Onions (finely chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chilies (slit)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Fresh Coriander Leaves (for garnish)

### **🔥 Instructions:**
#### **Step 1: Marinate the Chicken**
1. In a bowl, mix the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice.
2. Let it marinate for at least **30 minutes** (for best results, marinate for 2 hours).

#### **Step 2: Cooking the Chicken Bhuna Masala**
1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and bay leaves, let them crackle.
2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
4. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil starts to separate.
5. Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt. Cook for a minute.
6. Add the marinated chicken and mix well. Cover and cook for **10-15 minutes** on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally.
7. Once the chicken releases water, cook uncovered on high heat until the masala thickens and coats the chicken.
8. Add kasuri methi and garam masala, mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot!
