Allegedly Intoxicated Driver Crashes into Car Parked in Driveway

Info from Licensor: "I was still awake making Valentine's Day goodie bags for my daughter's class. While saying goodnight to teenage son in his room, we heard a horrific sound from outside. The intoxicated guest of a neighbor was leaving the to go see a girl. My oldest daughter's car was totalled, lots of property damage, the bricks on my house stopped the car. I am the homeowner, recently divorced after 21 years, which was why the call for cad, pure instinct. The police were also called in seconds. I did check on the driver, he was moving things around and motioning, made eye contact, he was perfectly fine. Driver was not arrested but cited. There is still glass everywhere. His insurance will pay for everything. I stopped the video before neighbor, his friend, yelled at him for a few minutes, protecting their identities."
