Screws, nails dumped for second time outside Ferndale Police Department

For the second time in a matter of weeks, Ferndale police say someone has strategically placed screws and nails on the road to target them.  At the end of October, Ferndale police were picking up screws and nails in their parking lot and behind the courthouse.  This time they found screws and nails along Nine Mile from outside the Police Department to Paxton, behind the police department on Troy, and again in the alleyway behind the courthouse.
