Flu Shot History: Past and Present (are flu shots safe and effective?)

Our special guest on this episode of The Paladina Show is Michael Clogs of Depictions Media. Michael happens to be a former chemist who was asked to be the lead chemist a number of years ago to oversee a flu season's creation of flu shots. My recipe for keeping any virus away (adult doses) :
Reduced Glutathione: 500mg to 1000 daily when well; 2000mg to 4000mg daily when ill
Ester-C (nonacidic vitamin C): 1000mg to 2000mg when well; 3000 to 5000mg when ill
Vitamin D3: 50 mcg (2000 IU) when well (minimum); 125mcg (5000 IU) minimum when ill. Can take 7500 IU for a short period when ill.
