Open Society and the Administrative State

N S Lyons interview with 'Unherd' about how the 20th Century model for governance in Europe was based on "Open Society" where an Administrative State constrains Democracy so that conflict and war is avoided. It is argued that this Utopian style of government results in a poor outcome for society.
