On February 26, 2025, in Deltona, Florida, 18-year-old Evelina Fabianski and a 16-year-old accomplice attempted to vandalize what they believed was her ex-boyfriend's car over a $700 debt. They spray-painted words like "Devil" and threw eggs at a black Infiniti. However, they mistakenly targeted a neighbor's vehicle instead.

Deputies from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office responded to a vandalism call and found Fabianski with yellow paint on her clothing. They also discovered open containers of alcohol and marijuana in their car. Fabianski confessed to the act and was arrested on charges including criminal mischief, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of alcohol under 21, and driving under the influence.

The owner of the vandalized car estimated the damage at $5,000. Fabianski was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail and released later that afternoon.
