This is one of my favorite things about the training program I've been following for a while now as well as soccer season starting back up again. Outdoors agility workouts are great! It's also nice that my foot is feeling good enough to do them again. It's not 100% healed, but it's close enough that it doesn't hurt to be active like this. It was a chilly evening though. As the workout progressed, the layers kept coming off. After the first set of the agility drill, I was actually down to my tshirt for a few minutes. Speaking of the agility sets, I was practically walking by the end of the second set. I was beat. Surprisingly, I wasn't sore today. So, I must be gaining in my fitness level. So, that's great!
